Coax Port Doesn't Work

I live in an apartment complex that has 2 xfinity coax ports but only one of the two work. How can I get a technician to patch the other port? I've tried calling but could never get a live agent.

Typically it is the building owner / management that is responsible for all internal coax wiring / hardware. You may want to contact them first.

@XfinityEva

The work order appears to be for their building's management / maintenance department..........

@EG the building told me I'd need to get in contact with xfinity, in which I can't get ahold of any live assistance over phone

Br1cn_1 Some apartments may have 2 coax ports, and only one of them work. This is because they may have dual services. That other coax port may be from a different provider.
