Coax Cable Melting

This is the 2nd time my coax cable is melting and my internet is down and I if my house catches on fire I will sue Xfinity for everything they have bc it is their problem!!!!!  I spoke to an electrician and their ground is pulling from my ground wire, but the tech’s of course want to take zero responsibility for this!  My electrical wiring is 3 years old!  I have basically been down for 2 days now and missed work and I am livid!  I notice multiple people having this issue and it’s always blamed on the home’s electrical system instead of the cable bc they don’t want any responsibility!!!!!!
