CoAx Cable Internet/Ethernet into Room

Recently, i have been trying to get ethernet into my room, however i do not want to run ethernet cable from the modem to my room if i can help it. The modem i have gets service via a coax cable. We have since done away with cable TV so i have an empty coax port in my bedroom and am wondering if i would be able to use a MoCa adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013J7OBUU?ref=ppx_pt2_dt_b_prod_image)  in my coax port (assuming the coax is a network through the house and eventually is connected to the router) and get ethernet directly from the router?

That should work if that coax outlet is actually connected to a splitter. And the splitter needs to be MoCA compliant (5-1675 MHz) such as this one;

And if your modem / router doesn't have a built-in MoCA feature, you'll need to use two of those MoCA adapters. You should also use a MoCA POE (Point Of Entry) filter on the coax line that comes from the street to the input port on the first splitter;
