[CM3000] Unable to reach 200Mbps upload speeds after mid-split upgrade

Currently stuck receiving my prior upload speeds of 40-42Mbps.  Was discussing on the phone with a rep to get this issue looked at.  The rep suggested calling Netgear to resolve.  Netgear does not have control of this modem, and nor do I to any great extent.  Xfinity issues the config.  When stating this, the rep ended up putting me back into a very long hold queue without saying a word.  Unfortunate and hoping to get some more assistance here.

Resolved by calling back (original rep sent me to xfinity mobile support) and asking that rep to remove and re-add my modem as suggested in the linked thread above.  This worked almost immediately.  Took a few minutes for the modem to settle into the new speed.  Substantially better support experience, fixed my issue, and did not argue against helping as the original rep had.

For anyone else with a similar issue, my above posted output is NOT different after the rep removed and re-added my modem.
