CM3000 OFDMA Not Locked Need Provision Please

Need Tier 2 provisioning engineer for Next Gen Speed / OFDMA profile on Netgear CM3000.

Upstream OFDMA Channels 1-2: NOT LOCKED.

Event Log: T3/T4 timeouts, sync failures.
