CM3000 dropping connection / constant T3 timeouts on Legacy (Firmware V6.01.04)

Hi Digitial Care Team,

I am experiencing frequent, random internet drops on my network.  I am using a customer owned Netgear CM3000 modem. My neighborhood is currently on a legacy plan (mid-split upgrades are not currently live on my account yet).

I logged into my modem's status page (192.168.100.1) and verified the following:

  • Firmware Version: V6.01.04
  • Signal levels: Downstream power, SNR, and Upstream power levels are completely within perfect spec limits.
  • Event Log: Flooded with constant "No Ranging Response received- T3 time-out" errors that match internet drops.

Could an advanced technician look at my account's backend provisioning, check my upstream channel profile, or force-refresh the correct bootfile to stop these drops?

Thank you,
