CM1000

Just got a notice that the cm1000 is compatible not supported. Was this a recent change?

Where did you get that notice ? It shows that it is still supported here at their approved modems site;

@EG it’s showing up on my devices. The CM1000 listed are CM1000v2 and CM1000-1NAS (or something to that serial). I see no difference between my CM1000 and their second CM1000 so I’m a bit confused. I’ll see if I can upload a screenshot…

After exhausting troubleshooting options I ended up here. Only recently (cm1000 v1 also) as in the last week, did I start getting connection drops and just huuge lag spikes that make every game unplayable.  Any help on this? It's not fully "incompatable" because it still mostly works and this model cost me $200 less than a year ago.  I got it so I would NOT have to rent a modem.

I am actually seeing the exact same issues as @user_10e9b8 is reporting regarding CM1000, which is what prompted this thread!

Where did you receive the notice that the modem is not supported? Do you currently have that modem connected and are you experiencing any service issues?
