CM1000 Critical (3) T3 Timeout and intermittent connectivity

Hello Community!

For the past week I've been struggling with intermittent connectivity. Sometimes I stay online for several hours, sometimes even a day, but more often than not, I find myself with no internet and serious loss productivity (especially with WFH these days).

 

I have been told that the things look OK from Comcast side and that the issue is my modem or something. I purchased this CM1000 from Amazon about 5 months back brand new. 

 

Could someone shed some light on if this is a modem issue or one of the engineers check the local node out?
