Clicking on Port Forwarding on Xfinity app doesn't respond.

Hi,

I'm using Xfinity internet and my xfinity gateway is TG1682P:

Vendor: ARRIS Group, Inc.
BOOT Version: 4.2.0.39
Core Version: 10.1.10
Model: TG1682P
Product Type: XB3
Flash Part: 256 MB
Download Version: 10.1.10.SIP.PC20.CT

When I enabled the Port Forwarding, it told me to go to Xfinity app to perform the configuration:

However, clicking on the Port forwarding option from the Xfinity app, nothing happens. Is this something wrong with my modem or my app?
