claim wifi extender

I opened a DM, not sure if I was to wait until someone saw this:

I got an email saying I should claim my wifi To claim wifi extender on Xfinity, at no extra cost. When I click on claim wi extender it takes me to a web page to redeem; I then get an error message of "Sorry this line of business is not currently available extender"

Where did you see that offer? Was it an Email, did you see it through the Xfinity app, etc?
