Cisco AnyConnect VPN is disconnecting frequently
Both me and my wife work from home so it is imperative that our Cisco any connect VPN connection through work consistently remains intact.
We are using an Xfinity XP7-T router. We have had it installed since Feb 2024.
We can be connected through Wi-Fi or hardwired
and it doesn’t matter. However, hot spotting in doesn’t appear to have an issue. Our connectivity can be very inconsistent at times. Most days our connection will hang up or drop many times a day.
This has been going on for 6 months or more
The Xfinity OnLine assistant is no help. We need someone to help us diagnose the problem.
We have been an Xfinity customer for many years, but we will need to look elsewhere if this isn’t resolved very soon.
