Chronic Signal Failure - 12mo History - 1,320ft Feeder Line Issue
I’m posting here because I’ve officially hit a wall with standard support. For over a year now, my 2.2 Gbps connection has been borderline unusable for professional work due to massive jitter and instability. My modem logs show millions of correctable errors every single day.
Even though the system is "correcting" the errors, the constant processing is causing significant latency spikes. I’ve already taken every step a "good customer" should, including hiring a private electrician to verify that my home’s grounding and bonding are 100% to code. My internal wiring is perfect, but the signal entering the house is clearly degraded.
On April 2nd, a field technician finally confirmed that the issue is NOT on-site. The root cause is a "Higher Up" maintenance problem with the aging 1,320-foot (1/4 mile) feeder line serving this location. This legacy copper stretch is acting as an antenna for interference, and standard residential "patches" have failed to resolve it for over 12 months.
I am looking for a Corporate Digital Care representative who can help me get an Executive Referral to the local Plant/Maintenance Engineering team. We have been stuck in a loop of residential tech visits for a year, and we need a permanent infrastructure resolution (Fiber/X10) to handle this distance and the interference.
I have all my previous case numbers and technical logs ready. Can an Official Employee please reach out so I can provide my account details via DM?

Hi @CatzPop,
We are certainly here to help. I see we followed up in our private conversation earlier, and I will circle back there. You've been working with us corporate specialists over chat already, so you are in the right place. I know the results of the last visit didn't end with the resolution you expected. I'll circle back in our chat so we can continue this further.
