Chicago area significant packet loss

Hi there, I've been seeing significant packet loss (40-50%) on one of Xfinity's routers (be-310-arsc1.area4.il.chicago.comcast.net) and wanted to let you all know. It was showing this level of loss last night as well, and I only just started checking:
