Hi, @user_vxyp5u are you able to give us more details about what you're experiencing? Are you seeing the power to your TV and PC cut out? Or are your Xfinity services losing connection?

For your TV going in and out, please check the connections on your tv, wall outlet and cable box to ensure everything is finger tight and secure.
Do the same with your modem.
Check your ethernet cables and HDMI cable and verify they’re in good working order. If you have extra cords please try swapping them out.
