Charged me after canceling services

After making me wait 2 weeks for a callback, trying to sell me on 5 different new services on my callback when I wanted to discontinue my WiFi. I was told that my account was canceled and I assumed it was, until two weeks later I was charged for another month. Care to explain why I was lied to and charged for an account that your representative told me he disabled?
