Charged $100 for a "professional install" during a service call.
This is unbelievable, I had a tech come to my house for a service call because my internet is only working half the time. I had a modem that was mailed to me by Xfinity, but the tech said he had a modem on his truck that was better than the one that I had, and that I could mail mine back So I said sure, get your modem if it will help. So he did (it didn't help), and now I got charged $100 for a "professional install"? By the way it took me over 15 minutes to send this because my internet was out again. Also before someone says to check my connections, it's affecting my entire neighborhood.
