changing plan

Hello,

The customer service was not helpful at all. Most of the time they don't know what they are doing. I only wanted to change my plan but he could not and told you should talk to a virtual assistant. How it is possible that a live agent can not do this. If they can not change my plan I need to cancel my plan. No one on the phone or shop can help. It is disappointing.

I tried to chat with an agent. starts at 2 pm and now it is 14:51 and the agent is disappeared.
