Changing IPv6 Prefix from /64 to /60

I would like to get a /60 delegation for my residential service.  I have tried to switch my request from /64 to /60 but it fails to pull an address when I do that.

Does Comcast allow /60 prefixes still?

@XfinityThomasD Thanks for the response.  I much appreciate being able to speak to someone on this.

Please node though that in only providing /64 subnets, Comcast is in violation of RFC 6177 (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc6177) regarding the doling out of IPv6 address blocks.  Since there are more IPv6 addresses than there are atoms on the surface of planet earth, I think Comcast should be able to spare a few more than a single /64 for power users.
