Unfortunately, the only way to enable the admin tools is through the Xfinity app @user_yx75qg. If you don't have a smartphone, you can access the app using an iPad or an Android tablet. Alternatively, you can temporarily log into the app on a friend or family member's phone to make the change and then log out.
