Change of internet plan

i am Xfinity customer since 1996. I spoke with one of the Xfinity representative on 8th Feb and he changed my current plan of 400 mbps limited plan of $49 to 300 mbps unlimited plan of $40 for 5 years. I still don’t see that change on my account!!

Billing changes may take some time to reflect via the Xfinity App or My Account website, but is updated with subsequent billing statements. Any current charged services will remain at their current rates, and prorated charges/credits from your plan change will show on the next bill.
