Change Internet Essentials WiFi Password
I just spent 20+ mins going through chatbot & automated menu options. When I click on the “change WiFi password” link IT DOES NOT WORK - it loops me back to the menu options page. I am logged in to my account when trying this. I do not possess the magic Spell nor Wand to produce a live agent via either chat or phone. It’s the most horrific “customer support” experience maybe ever.
