When I attempt to login to my cpanel on shockhosting.com, I receive this message "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR".  shockhosting.com have looked into this in depth and insists that logins work properly on other networks and browsers. including my test on mobile network.  It appears that YOU ARE BLOCKING  this login.  Please correct so that I can go back to using my cpanel seamlessly.   

I would like to discuss his in person, but I cannot fine a number to call.
