Certain Downstream Frequencies have terrible SNR

Hi,

I'm getting a ton of dropped packets, slowness, and noise on certain frequencies for downstream channels. This has been happening for a very long time, and every time my modem locks to frequencies in this range the internet becomes almost unusable. Frequencies are in the low-to-mid 600MHz range. Sometimes I get lucky after a restart and it locks to lower frequencies that don't quite reach 600MHz and the internet behaves nicely. New lines were recently installed from the pole to my house as well.

Please also post the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and the error log entries (if any).

What's the exact make and model number of the modem ?
