Cape Cod Outages

Our Internet connection drops every night for 20-60 minutes. This level of "customer service" is not remotely acceptable. Either do not offer service in our area or provide the service. Make a decision.

When you experience the drops of service, is it listed as an active service interruption in the Xfinity App?
