Can't turn off autopay

Hi,

I have Xfinity Now internet on autopay and I want to temporarily turn off autopay as I won't need the service for a couple weeks. When trying to turn it off both on the website and app, I get a "Something unexpected happened." How can I work around this to turn off autopay? Thanks!
