Can't remove Pods after changing modem due to connectivity
I had the Pods before I upgraded my speed and no longer need them, when I did a recent switch to the Technicolor modem I found I didn't need the pods to expand my wifi anymore. Trying to remove the pods doesn't do anything in the App or online, I select Remove Pods and nothing happens. Troubleshoot works, but I don't want to bring these online again.
How can I remove these completely without having to call in, or is that what it will take?
