Can’t Login

So, I just recently signed up for Now Internet but haven’t received any type of confirmation email. Even when I tried to login with my credentials it wouldn’t allow me to.  Yall was fast to take the money out my account but not fast enough to send a confirmation email or text.  I need a real live agent please or yall can jst run me back my $30 🥴
