Cant load certain websites using my Gateway...help!

So far the only one I have found is State Farm, using any device I get 403-forbidden.

Turn off wifi on my phone and use cellular and I connect instantly.

Did a restart of Gateway from Xfinity app, didn't help.  I cant reach the modem router, I could if necessary but would have to get someone to help me, I hope support can fix this without me having to do a hard reset from the bottom of the device.

... I hope support can fix this without me having to do a hard reset ...

They can't, and a hard reset is not likely to help. "403 Forbidden" responses come from the system you are trying to reach, not from your ISP or anything along the path to the target host. If you are only blocked using your Comcast connection then the host is blocking your Comcast IP, whether they know it or not, and whether they admit it or not. It usually happens when someone or something using your Internet connect generates traffic that the target sites view as suspicious. It would be best to scan as many of your devices as possible for malware.

You can look up your IP at https://www.google.com/search?q=what+is+my+IP. Admins for the sites that have blocked you may be able to help you track down the problem.

... Would that mean that it is not the site blocking me, but something with my devices? ...

I don't know how that would work. But the bottom line is, as stated, "403 Forbidden" responses come from sites you are trying to reach, so I suggest you ask one of them for more information. Expect them to say "We're not blocking you!", as the messages are typically triggered by security software that many customer service folks don't know anything about.

And again:
