Can't get Xfinity Pods to connect to new gateway

We upgraded to a new gateway a few months ago. I didn't realize that our Xfinity Pods are not connected to the new gateway. I have tried adding them on the Xfinity app, but am not able to. I tried to do it via bluetooth and also adding them with the serial number. I get the same error message of "Let's try that again" every time. Looking for any tips on how to get these connected.

Good afternoon @jrsharp21, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your issues connecting your pods to your gateway. May I ask if you have tried restarting your gateway? May I also ask if the LED lights flash on your pods?

I am having same issue and see others posting also of this error when attempting to activate. Another user mentioned that they recently were upgraded to a newer more powerful router/modem.

. I too was upgraded and got this new equipment. After about 1 week my original pod just stopped working. I was unable to reconnect or re-activate it through the app. I spent 1.5 hours on chat with a customer service rep and they could do nothing. I even purchased a second pod. Same problem. Not able to activate and the app delivers the attached screenshot message. Don't think I didn't try every suggestion (restart gateway, reinstall Xfinity App, bluetooth on and not connected vial ethernet to gateway, etc....)

Hey there, @user_qb2s1m. When you mention you're having issues with your original pod, are you referring to our 1st generation xFi Pods?
