Can’t figure out how to report my internet outage
My internet has been down for about 3 hours. Despite repeated attempts to troubleshoot with the chat assistant or with the ai posing as customer support on the phone, nothing is getting it to work. I don’t see any way to report this single outage to xfinity. Everything assures me my internet is working. I am quite certain it isn’t. I can only cycle power to my modem so many times before it’s obviously external.
