Can’t even cancel my account been trying to get a person for 2 days

You are the worst company ever. I am trying to cancel my service. They won’t let you do it yourself. You gave to talk to a person then they won’t connect you to a person and if you try to schedule a call it’s a week out. It was a nightmare to set up service I spent HOURS on the phone. If I don’t get someone on the phone today I will never get Xfinity again. I will literally get ANY other service to avoid them. You are the wurst company I have ever encountered and I will be contacting my congress people and creating a ballot initiative to break up your monopoly which by the looks of these comments will pass with no problem. You suck.
