Can't connect

Just got modem in the mail and It's not allowing connection to the internet. Also, I can't seem to log into the Xfinity app on my iphone.

Sorry for the late reply. yes i was finally able to connect. The Xfinity customer service rep had to reprovision my modem, then i was able to connect without issue. And i am now able to login to the app. The issue with the login was that i had disabled cookies in my mobile browser settings.

First. Did these premises ever have Comcast service ? Is the online light on the modem / router lit steadily, or is it blinking ?
