Can't connect to xfinitywifi

When I tried to connect to xfinitywifi on my PC, it shows "can't connect to this network."

This issue happened from yesterday till now, I can connect to it before yesterday.

I see it happened before, and you are running into the same problems today. I rely on my network daily, so I'm sure it's been a headache having these error messages. That said, we will do our best to help. Does this happen at a specific location or any hotspot you try to access?

It happens on my desktop and I can only receive one hotspot signal within the range, so I cannot tell whether it happens at a specific hotspot or any hotspot.
