Cant connect to WiFi on my iPhone or ipad

It says “this network is operating on WiFi channels in use by several other nearby networks”

user_gb3gr4 Can you try changing the channel of the wifi in the gateway. This link will help on how to get that done https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-wifi-channel-admin-tool.
