Can't connect to public hotspot

I recently purchased a xfinity hotspot pass so I can use one located near my home. I was using it just fine on two devices for a couple of days, and then the connection suddenly dropped on both devices at the same time. Since then, I can occasionally connect for a few seconds before the network kicks me off. Otherwise, I can't even connect to xfinitywifi. I tried to connect on another device, and after entering my credentials it kicked me out again. Any way to troubleshoot this connection?
