Can’t connect to online games

My Xfinity wifi has been working fine. I bought a ps5 and now I can’t play online games I get kicked out and or just simply says network error every time I do a network test every is 100 percent everything seems fine I don’t know what is happening. When I use my phones hotspot everything’s perfectly all the games work. I am using an Ethernet connection.
