Cant connect to Microsoft apps - Chrome Edge says "Device is paused"

I noticed that I cant access Microsoft apps (which I use for work) on Xfinity  (OneDrive, Teams, etc). I don't have a mobile wifi, so I'm missing meetings and messages, cant get documents, etc.  I see this is a common problem. 

Can anyone please tell me what the fix is?   I keep getting the message "Device is paused" and my Windows laptop keeps telling me "Action needed" and that usually brings me to a page that says "Device is paused" in Chrome or Edge.

Not able to only use my iPhone for work - I need to use my laptop.
