Can't connect through router
Comcast had outages in my area yesterday (4/29) and today (4/30). Since the service was restored, I can't get my router to work. If I connect the PC directly to the modem, everything is fine. When I connect the modem to the router, and the PC to the router, I can't connect to anything.
When I look at my network adapter settings it says 'No Internet' for iPv4 and iPv6 when I'm connected to my router.
I've tried connecting to the router both with an Ethernet Cat-5 cable, and wirelessly, and neither worked.
Comcast told me to call Cisco/Linksys (my modem and router brand) because 'bridging' isn't set up on my modem. I have no ability to make modem changes, so there's nothing different in the modem today than was there 3 days ago.
Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone fixed this problem?
