Can't connect my new tablet to wifi

My new tablet won't connect to the wifi but all my other stuff connects just fine i reboot my router and still won't connect I can connect to other WiFi with the tablet just not the one at home

@XfinityAaron​ yes I'm still having issues with it at home but when I was at my mom's house it connected with no issues

Thanks for the confirmation! We don't want to see you unable to connect with any device. Are you renting a modem from us, or is this one of your own? Also, are you using a separate/personal router with the modem?

What equipment (gateway or modem & router) are you using to connect to the internet? Make and model#s if possible.

Make and model# of the tablet?

What error messages are you getting?

@zip21222​ not sure where to find out make and model of the gateway but the tablet is android 11, model K102, sumtab

 error message it just says "failed to connect to network" but under the wifi name it says "saved"
