Cant change my internet name and password
Cant change my internet name and password with my new modem. My app and computer say that my WiFi credential settings are currently unavailable. We cannot display your network name and password because your device does not support this feature. I haven't been able to get a real person on the phone and I'm stuck.

For your home internet, are you currently using a Xfinity rented modem or your own personally owned modem?
Are you attempting to access your modem settings from one of our Xfinity platforms or somewhere else?
