Can't change 2.4 GHz WIFI channel

Hi everyone,

I am trying to change my 2.4 GHz wifi channel, as I am having trouble connecting a device to the WIFI, but I find the setting greyed out  when I log into the Gateway.  I can't find how to adjust the channels either online.  Anyone have any idea how to fix this?  I find this rather frustraiting.

Thanks.

What model gateway do you have?  Is there a bridge mode to toggle?

The two WiFi bands have recently been combined into one with the Comcast gateway devices. Some devices get confused and don't know how to see / talk to combined bands.

If you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 bands and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;

Associate the devices with the 2.4 band's SSID (broadcast name) and password.

Then ya' can't do it because the pods won't work anymore...
