Can't call customer support because of innacurate outage record.
Service went down due to a storm Thursday night. Came back about 30 hours later but it still says it's an active outage in the system. As a result of the inaccurate outage data, I can't access the normal customer support menu. Intead the phone bot tells me to be patient and hangs up on me. I want my outage credit and I can't get it because your repair crew can't figure out how to update your database.
