Can't access xfinity wifi network
I cannot access the wifi network. No problem on my other devices but on this particular one keep getting the message:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://login.xfinity.com/login" on this server.

I have already restarted computed, tried private browsing, tried other search engine apps, still no luck. I am can still log into account from using hotspot on phone, but cannot log in with this particular laptop. Please help

Hi there user_vwu62g, thanks for taking the time to post here on the community forums! Considering it's only one device that's having issues, the first thing I would recommend is checking to see if you have Xfinity CyberSecure activated through the Xfinity App, and check to see if it's blocking your device. You can also try deactivating the feature temporarily to see if your laptop will connect afterwards.
To turn off CyberSecure in the Xfinity app, follow the steps below:
