Can't access Xfi; says Gateway is in bridge mode when it is not


I enabled bridge mode on router then decided not to use that feature anymore more. But now I can’t access the Xfinity app. It says I’m in bridge mode but I am not. Tried resetting the router, deleted the app. Nothing is work. Anyone have a solution to this?
