Can't access work server for 5 days
Problem: can’t access access my VPN using 66.165.48.133
Troubleshooting steps taken:
flushed DNS in browser & computer. Tried alternate browser, same result.
Restarted router (multiple times)
Set different DNS resolver in network adapter.
Restarted computer, did most recent extensive Windows updates.
tracert between laptop and webservices.oppco.org fails repeatedly at around the 7th and 12th hop.
VPN software is latest version.
Other websites are still available.

Is it a company provided VPN Software? Can you try other ones like Open VPN Etc?

Hi there, @user_8dluw1 Thank you for reaching out. I can imagine how frustrating that must be especially after you’ve gone through so many thorough troubleshooting steps already. It sounds like you’ve done just about everything on your end to rule out local issues, from DNS resets and router restarts to system updates and traceroutes. Since it's been a few days since you last posted, are you still having trouble accessing your work server?-Richard
