cant access the admin config

I just got this isp and I have been on the phone for weeks and the chat for weeks and had nothing but issues. this is the worst ISP I have ever dealt with [Edited: "Language"/"Inflammatory"] I want access to my LAN I need access to my router configuration locally. 

You tell me to download an app. I tell you that you must be high. 

I cannot download an app.

I need to access the router settings. I logged in. I went to advanced and I get told to go to your site. where they tell me that I can access the config but I cannot. 

this is an absolute joke

no trained people on support and constantly disconnecting. 

I've had it to here with you. FIX THIS!

I'm again opening a case with the FCC.

Hello XfinityDena,

Today I was speaking to ambassador about my account issues and her phone dropped out. It has been 1 hour and she never bothered to call me back.

I have been on the phone, PC, and App texting and chatbotting for three hours.

Getting nowhere fast. No one seems to care or do anything about this. I am begging for help with a foreign agent call rep as we speak.

I am beyond anger and am now just deeply depressed. I am looking for alternatives.
