Canon TS5120 Pixma not connecting to New XF Router

Canon TS5120 Pixma not connecting to New XF Router. Had my own modem/router and had no issues, but switched to Xfinity modem/router due to intermittent internet dropping, figured I would try this to see if helps. So far no working. But anyway, the printer, I go through setup on printer, try through phone app and it won't connect to router. One message I receive is "Check the security settings on wireless router, the networks security may be compromised, refer to the wireless router manual for more info" I have restarted router, printer, reset all settings on printer etc.
