Canon Pixma TS9520 not on wifi after 1 print job

I added a Pixma TS9520 multifunction printer to my network, it works great - once. I have tried from two mac laptops, a windows laptop, and two different iphones, all of them can print one print job, and then the printer stops responding for any future print jobs. I have to power cycle the printer to get it to print one more job, and then it quits again. I have talked to Canon support and there is nothing wrong wtih the printer. After printing a job the router says it is not reachable, but the printer is ready to go. Is there some setting I can use to make the printer work?
