Cannot Unpause Devices
Hi. I cannot unpause my paused devices. I have tried all of the recommended troubleshoots already. I am trying to talk to a human support agent about this, not a robot. I have already tried restarting the router, hard resetting the router, clearing the cache on the app, forgetting and reconnecting to the network on devices that are paused,etc . Is someone please able to help me unpause my devices???

Update: I fixed it. I did the hard reset, reactivated my modem in the app as if it were the first time set-up, and it works!
