Cannot reach www.aruba.it or read email under that domain from my Xfinity home account
It is about 5/6 months that I cannot reach www.aruba.it or read my emails under Aruba.it using my Xfinity Access home subscription. If I connect to my MObile phone everything works OK.\
Sometimes when the router is resetted by Xfinity (I see that because for some time I have no access or answer then works again) I can get to Aruba.it for like 2 or 3 hours then it does not work anymore.
I have tried to contact customer service but they run theor test and say everything is OK; I was even called by the "superior level" Xfinity service but they guy had no idea of what I was talking about and solved nothing.
Can anybody help ? I need those emails for work and I really need to access them and the aruba.it site for my work.
Thanks
Simon

I can reach the site. To determine where you are being blocked, please post a trace to the site. In Windows, open a Command Prompt window, enter
tracert -4 www.aruba.it
and post the output. Mine looks like:

Thank you for your help:
I actually use a Mac and this the result of traceroute to aruba.it from our Xfinity account
Also I tried a traceroute from our mobile phone connection used as a hotspot ; can confirm I can access email and site www.aruba.it from this account
Can somebody pointme to where the problems is ?

The images you posted aren't visible. They all look like this:
It's probably because the images require moderator approval. That might take some time, from a few hours to a day or so. Alternatively, you could upload the images to a file sharing site and post links to them here, or post text instead of images.

I'm afraid I can't be of much help here. The first trace doesn't appear to contain any Comcast IPs, and the second ends with an error message I'm not familiar with. Both reach aruba.it IPs, but do not complete. Sorry, I just don't know what it all means.

Thanks BruceW
I was asking myself why they did look like that .
Anyway:
traceroute from Xfinity account

traceroute when connected to my mobile phone used as hotspot

Thanks again, this thing is driving me crazy.

Sorry maybe I have inverted the two traceroute.
Only Now I can see that the second one (which should have been from my Xfinity account) has Comcast server.
Will try another and post results.
Thanks again
